Cancellation Policy

Full Order Cancellation

Sunglasses

1. a) Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call/whatsapp sixbysix.in customer care at 9711222233 or send an email to myvision@sixbysix.in to request for cancellation.
2. b) Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from sixbysix.in warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Eyeglasses

Partial Order Cancellation

Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and sixbysix.in will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
